Kuster Design is excited to announce the launch of our new “Guest Experience by Design Critique.”
We all know that the stronger the positive impressions of our inn, the more likely the guest will return and recommend a stay to their family and friends. This new offering brings James Kuester, RID, LEED GA, to your property where he offers an objective third-party critique of your entire property through on-site and virtual visits with an eye toward improving the guest experience through design.
With an Inn approved checklist in hand, the ‘Design Hound’, trained in ergonomic and green design, interior branding and sound design principles and style, will present suggestions, improvements, and prioritization for action.
The Guest Experience
The Concise Scoop:
1) Get an objective third party critique of your entire property with an eye toward how you may improve your guest experience through design.
2) After the visit by your design hound, you will be presented with a detailed report with prioritizations for action. Prior to the visit, you will be sent a checklist of all of the areas that the design hound could look at. and then each Inn will give input and approve the plan.
